Today is the first day of Spring. It means change of season, though sometimes weather department does not get a memo. Still everything is turning, waking up, stretching and getting ready for the new season.
Bible talks a lot about new things, new season, new creation…and all other aspects of newness that life with God results in. I come from the place where we have distinct four season and there is a joy, expectation and readiness to embrace each one as they come. They talk about God’s faithfulness and provision as in nature so also in our lives. The Scripture that reminds me the most about Spring time and New seasons and God’s faithfulness is definitely Jeremiah 1:11:
“The word of the LORD came to me: “What do you see, Jeremiah?”
